Comfortable room, friendly staff, the pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of hiking along Hadrian’s Wall.

Everything was exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe King Room, especially the comfortable king bed and the stunning views. we were disappointed by the limited spa treatment availability, which should be checked in advance, and the small size of our room, which made it challenging for two adults. Still, it's great for a short stay.

The food served at the restaurant was outstanding, with exquisite flavors and presentation. The communal areas were tastefully decorated to relax in.

The Standard King Room features a lovely comfortable king bed and a well-appointed ensuite, providing a cozy retreat for two. Fresh milk, tea, and coffee come in charming cups, adding a nice touch to afternoon breaks.

The room is quite small for two adults, lacking sufficient seating options, with only one chair and no table initially provided. Limited wardrobe space means clothing for two often ends up in a case, which is less than ideal for a longer stay. Availability of spa treatments is notably restricted.

The pool and spa facilities were pure relaxation, perfect after a long day walking Hadrian's Wall. Our room had a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh pastries and juices. Staff were super welcoming, like coming home. Definitely worth treating yourself here.

Perfect for families looking to unwind

This place has an incredible breakfast that sets you up for the day. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we missed usual breakfast timings by opening early for us, so we wouldn’t start our day on an empty stomach.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but the quality and service made it worth it.
